 It began as a company dedicated to the purchase, sale, import and export of various products.

The events in the economic, occurred from February 1983, (loss of purchasing power of Bolivar and the beginning of a growing inflationary situation), significantly hindered its objectives and led to its shareholders to the need to reduce and almost stop the beat operations.

Under this scenario was presented, in the year 1985, the opportunity to purchase machinery for plastics processing, which by then was owned by a company out of the market being unable to satisfy the debts owed to domestic and international suppliers.  So in July 1985, Maggie Paul, C.A. begins to operate as a manufacturer of plastic containers and lids, especially for the food industry and has now expanded to the industries of cosmetics, cleaning and lubricating.
